WAREHOUSE WORKER (32-40 hour)
The position
Do you enjoy physical work, are you a hands-on person, and do you prefer working in a team where everyone can count on each other? Then this position in our warehouse is perfect for you. In this varied role, you and your colleagues will ensure that orders are ready on time and correctly for our customers and projects. You’ll work with a wide range of materials, contribute ideas for improvements in the warehouse, and help maintain a safe and tidy work environment. No two days are the same, and there’s plenty of room for you to grow within our company. In this way, you’ll make an important contribution to Almacon’s success.
These are your tasks
- You will be working in our warehouse
- You will prepare orders for our customers and projects
- You will load and unload trucks, primarily with general cargo and heavy equipment
- You will inspect incoming goods
- You will maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse
- You will contribute ideas for improving processes
What we ask
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in logistics
- Proficiency in Dutch
- You have a reach truck (forklift) certification or are willing to obtain one.
- You are looking for a permanent position where you can grow
- You have a Class B driver’s license.
What we offer
- Salary: between € 2,600, – to 2,900, – based on 40 hours and depending on education and experience
- Travel allowance: You will receive a reimbursement of 0,23 euro cents per km
- Bonus: End of year bonus possible with a positive operating result
- Time off: 25 vacation days with possibility to buy extra days
- Vacation pay: 8% vacation pay
