TECHNICAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (40 uur)
From Almacon, there is a need to take our company into the next phase where your role as Technical Key Account Manager will fill a new crucial position.
The new Technical Key Account Manager position consists of:
Customer relations and business development
As a Technical Key Account Manager, you play a crucial role in Almacon’s next phase of growth. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and new customers at home and abroad. You actively plan company visits and make new contacts to expand our network. You work together with both our sales engineers and project engineers as well as external partners to identify customer needs and translate them into appropriate solutions.
Strengthen market position
You play an important role in strengthening our company’s position in the market. You realize this by being the primary point of contact for our customers at home and abroad. As a team player, you get energy from working together with customers and colleagues. But you also function well independently during international customer visits.
Leadership and quotation management
You are the link between the customer and our sales department, where engineers prepare the quotations. The project size varies between € 10,000 and € 1,500,000. You have the final check on quotations so that they match the customer requirements. You will also lead our team of sales engineers, work with project engineers and monitor customer satisfaction throughout the entire process, from quotation to delivery.
What do we ask?
- HBO/WO work and thinking level in the direction of Technical Business Administration
- Strong communication skills
- Some experience in the industry ‘Building with steel’ is a plus
- You are able to read and make technical drawings
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. German is an advantage
- You are a team player

- Competitive salary: between € 3,500, – to 5,000, – based on 40 hours and depending on education and experience
