Our new Baseline floor is a fully modular mezzanine floor that combines safety and flexibility. All components are designed so that you can easily assemble the floor yourself, without compromising on safety when working at height, construction speed, or adaptability. From the floor construction to the balustrade with modular toe board, handrail, and knee rail: thanks to standardized components and smart engineering, you can quickly configure a safe mezzanine floor at a competitive price that fits seamlessly into your logistics, industrial, or e-commerce environment.

Smart safety

Working safely at height is central to the Baseline floor. This is also reflected in the modular kick plate. This kick plate, also known as a protective edge or kick plate, is a raised edge at the bottom of the balustrade. Without proper edge protection, boxes, tools, or other materials can easily fall from the upper floor, posing a risk to people and goods on the ground floor. That is why every Baseline floor is equipped with a modular kick plate as part of the balustrade as standard.

Modular design of the shovel edge

The Baseline edging is completely modular in design. The steel plates are connected with connectors, both connectors and smart corner connectors, which can be used flexibly as inner or outer corners. This allows you to easily assemble an edging construction that perfectly matches the dimensions of your floor.

Hand rule and knee rule: extra protection at height

The toe board is part of a complete and safe balustrade construction, in combination with the knee rail and handrail. The knee rail, which is located above the toe board, is always placed at knee height. This prevents anyone from slipping under the balustrade. The handrail provides support and marks the safe boundary of the floor. The handrail and knee rail consist of round galvanized tubes with a diameter of 35 mm, which are connected at the corners with specially developed plastic connectors. This ensures a sturdy and reliable connection.
