Smart standardization: simplicity as strength<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Recently, we have developed a fixed size and modular structure for our mezzanine<\/a> floor. By going back to basics and focusing on standardization, both suppliers and end customers benefit from a more efficient process. How did we approach that?<\/p>\n

First, we optimized the floor’s manufacturing process. By using bolted connections instead of welding, we produce individual parts that can be assembled directly on site. This ensures:<\/p>\n

This optimization has made the steel structure 25% lighter, and because only the columns need to be powder coated, the production process is much more efficient.<\/p>\n

Second, large-scale purchasing allows us to reduce costs, while delivery from stock ensures faster delivery times. Thus, the entire construction becomes much more economical.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
